As a Technical Expert at Apple, I work directly with customers every day, experiencing first-hand how people interact with some of the world’s most thoughtfully designed technology. These conversations and troubleshooting moments give me rare, real-time insight into how design decisions influence usability, accessibility, and user confidence.

By guiding customers through solutions, I witness the diverse ways individuals adapt technology to fit their needs, and I identify opportunities where thoughtful design can make that journey even smoother. This hands-on exposure has strengthened my ability to evaluate user behaviour, understand their goals, and translate complex concepts into intuitive, human-centred solutions.
